Always wanted something that worked the upper body while on a stationary bike. This piece of equipment does just that. However, the shocks on the rowing system I have had to replace 2x in 6 months because the begin to squeak LOUDLY! SportsArt has been GREAT and sent me three replacements at no charge, but it i a frustrating occurrence.
